How do we collect information from you?

Photographic image of drivers (Remote delivery only to evidence attendance)
Driver Licence Details
Photographic image of entitlements
Driving partial driving licence number
CCTV (if applicable)

The lawful basis for processing this data is the legal obligation under Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) Regulations 2007.
Why we need it
We need your personal data to:
·Arrange your Driver CPC periodic training course;
·Issue of an attendance certificate

What we do with it
We collect, use and store the data you give us for the reasons set out in the policy.

We will not:

Your information will be shared with DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency)/DVA (Driver Vehicle Agency) for them to monitor and manage training providers and the delivery of periodic training courses, and where necessary shared with member state authorities to confirm Driver CPC entitlement abroad.
How long we will keep your data
We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is needed for the reasons set out in the policy or as long as required by law.

Website and social media
Upon completion of any training, we may ask that we post your photograph on social media and on our website to promote our business. When you agree to this, we will only use your first name (or a name that you like to be known as) and a brief description of your training and how you are going to benefit from your success.
